Job summary

Park Nicollet is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to join the Radiology team. You will perform high quality radiographic procedures, interact with patients and staff professionally, and uphold radiation safety standards to protect patients and team members.

Key duties include operating imaging equipment, adhering to protocols, and contributing to a collaborative care environment across locations in the metro area. Experience and CPR are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must hold current ARRT license.
• Must maintain current CPR skills.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, radiographic positioning, and radiographic principles.
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to problem solve and use independent judgment.
• Strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
• Demonstrates knowledge of age-related growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service and assure safety of patients.

Position Summary:

Performs high quality radiographic procedures in accordance with established protocols. Interacts with patients, physicians, and staff in a professional and courteous manner. Applies knowledge of radiation protection, emergency protocols and procedures, and proper equipment utilization to maximize safety in the work environment.

Work Schedule:

Mostly day shifts starting between 7a-8:30a, 1-2 evening shifts 11:30a-8p/pay period, weekend rotation every 8th weekend.

Locations:

St. Louis Park 3800/3850, Eden Prairie, Minneapolis, Golden Valley, Bloomington

Required Qualifications:

Licensure/ Registration/ Certification:

• Must hold current ARRT license.

• Proven proficiency in operation of following: PC (including E-Mail), Printer, Telephones, Fax, Photocopier, Modality Imaging Devices, Processors, Positioning tables, ID camera, Densitometer, Sensiotometer, and Film Duplicator.
