Job description

Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Radiologic Technologist to join our Radiology team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.

Position Summary

Performs high quality radiographic procedures in accordance with established protocols. Interacts with patients, physicians, and staff in a professional and courteous manner. Applies knowledge of radiation protection, emergency protocols and procedures, and proper equipment utilization to maximize safety in the work environment.

Work Schedule

.8 FTE - Day shift with one or two shifts working until 8pm. One weekend shift every 8th weekend. Position will take call 2 or 3 call weekends a year.

This position will include day hours Monday-Friday with varying hours between 7am-6:30pm (most ending at 5:00pm). Shift lengths vary between 8, 10, and 12 hours depending on the location. In a two week pay period, 1-2 shifts will be evening hours, ending at 8/8:30pm. Weekend rotation is one weekend every 8 weeks, with two days off the following week.

This position covers general x-ray, surgery, fluoroscopy, and potentially pain management.

Required Qualifications

• Licensure/Registration/Certification: Must hold a current ARRT license
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Competent in Fluoroscopy, C-Arms and general radiology using Quantum and other manufacturers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination: One year of experience
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: EPIC/PACS experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Fuji, Agfa Cr Systems and Toshiba DR systems is helpful but not required.
