Job summary

SOUTH BAY MEDICAL SERVICES CORPORATION is seeking a Radiology Technician for outpatient surgery centers. You will operate the C-arm for various surgical procedures, aid in patient positioning, and help maintain radiology equipment. Strong communication and prior surgical-side experience are preferred.

You will input patient data, print or transfer images to PACS, and ensure safety protocols are followed during procedures. Join a team dedicated to high-quality imaging and patient care.

Qualifications

• ARRT Certification is required.
• BLS Certification is required.
• California Radiologic License and Fluoroscopy License are required.
• Experience operating the C-arm for surgical procedures is required.

Responsibilities

• Input patient information to equipment.
• Print requested images and/or send images to PACS.
• Set up equipment for testing, move equipment, and adjust exposure to get proper results.
• Document all patient radiation doses in the radiation dose book.
• Maintain and clean all equipment, troubleshoot problems as needed.
• Follow safety regulations and wear appropriate safety gear to maintain a safe work environment.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Radiology Technician for outpatient surgery centers to join our team! These jobs are specifically C-Arm-fluoro work only, you will be operating the C-arm for various surgical procedures, including pain management, orthopedic surgeries, spine surgeries, cystoscopies, pacemaker placements, and more. We are commonly asked to aid in preparing/positioning patients for their procedures by adjusting immobilization devices, moving equipment, and assisting in moving the patient. You will also be assisting in maintaining and cleaning radiology equipment.. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, prior experience working in a surgical setting, and confident with operating a C-arm.

Responsibilities
