Job summary

SCA Health is actively seeking a Radiology Technologist to join our team. This role supports ambulatory surgical centers by performing radiographic procedures and intraoperative C-ARM operations under supervision.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of an accredited radiology program, ARRT certification as required by state, and BLS/CPR current or within 90 days of employment. Radiation technology certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited radiology program.
• ARRT certification as required by state.
• BLS – CPR Course within 90 days of employment or current certification.
• Certification in radiation technology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Running C-ARM intraoperatively during surgical procedures.
• Performs radiographic procedures.
• May be assigned radiation safety officers and/or life skills officer duties.
• Inventory, receive, and restock materials used for radiological services.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Education

High school graduate or equivalent; Completion of an accredited radiology program; ARRT certification as required by state; BLS/CPR within 90 days of employment

• ARRT (The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) as required by state.
• Successful completion of BLS – CPR Course within 90 days of employment required or documentation of current certification.

Radiology Technologist/ Radiographer Preferred:

• Certification in radiation technology is preferred.
