Responsibilities

• Performs radiographic procedures and critiques radiographs to ensure high-quality images.
• Applies radiation safety principles during image acquisition.
• Coordinates imaging support in the operating room, patient care units, and clinics.
• Assesses patient vital signs and conditions during procedures.
• Reports equipment malfunctions to appropriate personnel.
• May assist in orienting, training, and mentoring new staff on department workflow.
• Prepares, cleans, and stocks imaging rooms with supplies.
