Advocate Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic radiology procedures using proper parameters to ensure high-quality images while prioritizing patient safety.

You will position patients, identify them with two forms of ID, communicate using AIDET, and document exam data for billing and physician interpretation. Compliance with safety standards is required throughout shifts.

Formación

• Maintains active IEMA License and ARRT Registry within one year.
• Knows department policies, scheduling, and data center operations.
• Able to identify patients with two forms of ID per timeout protocol.

Responsabilidades

• Position patient and operate radiographic equipment with appropriate factors.
• Identify patient accurately using two forms of ID per protocol.
• Communicate with patients using AIDET before, during and after exams.
• Enter exam charges and ensure proper interpretation by physician.
• Maintain patient privacy and adhere to safety standards.
