Job summary

HCA Florida Ocala Hospital is seeking a Rad Tech to perform radiographic procedures and ensure imaging safety. The role requires operating x-ray equipment while observing ALARA standards and maintaining professional relationships with staff and physicians.

The candidate will work across facilities including Ocala Regional Hospital, West Marion Community Hospital, or the Free Standing Emergency Department, as needed.

Qualifications

• ARRT-R Radiography certification required.
• RT Radiologic Technologist credential.
• Vocational School Graduate or Associate Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Perform ionizing radiation procedures to detect pathology.
• Regulate x-ray equipment and ensure ALARA standards.
• Maintain professional rapport with staff and clinicians.
• May work at Ocala Regional Hospital, West Marion Community Hospital, or The Free Standing Emergency Department.
