Job summary

HealthTronics seeks a licensed Radiologic Technologist to join a specialized ESWL training program. Earn paid training, enjoy autonomy, and operate without micromanagement while advancing patient care. You will travel to partner hospitals to perform lithotripsy procedures and support imaging accuracy.

Responsibilities include assisting urologists, loading mobile lithotripsy devices, ensuring safety, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant workflows across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• ARRT-certified Radiologic Technologist with active state license.
• Experience operating modern imaging equipment and EMR systems.
• Willingness to travel to partner hospitals and centers.

Responsibilities

• Assist urologists in ESWL procedures and ensure precise positioning.
• Load, set up, and operate mobile lithotripsy equipment at various sites.
• Maintain patient safety and HIPAA-compliant protocols.
• Coordinate travel to multiple hospitals and centers as required.
• Communicate findings and support documentation in EMR systems.

We provide paid training in Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL), a cutting-edge, non-invasive procedure used to treat kidney stones. You'll work alongside top Urologists, ensuring precision in patient positioning and equipment operation. This route requires servicing multiple hospitals, surgery centers throughout the Western North Carolina area (Hickory, Hendersonville, Murphy), Kingsport TN, Greer, SC, and Blairsville, GA areas.

What You'll Do:

• Become an ESWL expert with paid training (no prior lithotripsy experience required!)
• Travel to partner hospitals & surgical centers—listen to your favorite music or podcast while on the road!
• Assist Urologists in lithotripsy procedures, ensuring accurate positioning and imaging.
• Load, unload & set up mobile lithotripsy equipment (we provide all necessary tools and training).
• Ensure patient safety & compliance with hospital protocols and HIPAA guidelines.

What We're Looking For:

• ARRT-certified Radiologic Technologist with an active state license
• Detail-oriented and tech-savvy—comfortable using EMR & modern imaging equipment
• Strong communication & teamwork skills—you'll be working with physicians & OR staff
• Valid driver's license—travel is required, but we provide the vehicle!
