Job summary

HSHS Radiology is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform high-quality, patient-focused imaging procedures in the Springfield, IL area. The role supports diagnosis and treatment across the radiology department with a day shift, full-time schedule.

Qualified candidates will have an Associates or higher in radiologic technology (or a certificate program), ARRT certification within 6 months, and a current state license plus BLS. Experience of 1 year in radiology is preferred.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification within 6 months from date of hire.
• Current state license in the practice state.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist.
• BLS certification is required.
• Education: Associates, Bachelor’s, or certificate program considered.
• 1 year radiology experience preferred.

• Collaborate with radiology staff to ensure accurate positioning and imaging quality.

Pay Range: $26.80 - $40.20 A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.

Our Radiologic Technologists are responsible for performing a variety of high-quality patient-focused imaging procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patient illness and injuries.

Experience

Certifications Licenses and Registrations

• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Required within 6 months from date of hire.
• Licensed in the state of practice-Required
• Registered Radiologic Technologist.-Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS)-Required
