Essentia Health’s General Radiology team at St. Mary’s Hospital Superior is hiring a radiologic technologist for diagnostic imaging in an acute care setting.

The role involves administering ionizing radiation to patients of all ages and performing radiographic procedures with various modalities. Education includes AMA Radiography training with ARRT certification within 90 days of hire and licensure requirements; position may require MN or ARRT credentials upon hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate of AMA Radiography Program with ability to obtain ARRT certification within 90 days of hire/transfer.
• Must hold or obtain MN Limited scope x-ray operator license OR ARRT certification upon hire/transfer.
• License requirements vary by location and must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Administer ionizing radiation to patients of all ages for diagnostic and/or research purposes.
• Provide patient services and perform radiographic procedures using radiographic modalities in an acute care setting.
