Job summary

Prisma Health Urgent Care in Powdersville, SC is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team. You will provide diagnostic X-ray imaging, ensure patient safety, and maintain imaging records within our EMR system.

The role offers a 3-day/12-hour schedule (8 AM–8 PM), with no overnight shifts, plus a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for eligible full-time candidates. We value teamwork, compassionate patient care, and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Completion of an ARRT-approved educational program for radiologic technologists.
• Current ARRT credentials in Radiography (R).
• South Carolina state certification is required.
• Active BLS certification.
• Excellent communication and patient service skills.
• Proficiency with EMR, PACS and basic computer applications.
• Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and rotating holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray imaging with proper patient positioning and radiation safety.
• Operate and maintain radiologic equipment and ensure patient safety.
• Document procedures and manage imaging records in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with clinical team members to support patient care and satisfaction.
• Assist with vital signs, triage, and basic patient care tasks as needed.
• Support front office functions and manage inventory and supplies.

Competitive Pay & Sign-On Bonus:

• $27 - $32/hour, based on experience
• $1,000 sign-on bonus (Full-time candidates only)

Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

• Successful completion of an American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)-approved educational program
• Current ARRT credentials in Radiography (R)

• Proficiency in EMR, PACS, and basic computer applications
