Job summary

Prisma Health Urgent Care is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to deliver high‑quality diagnostic X-ray imaging in a fast‑paced urgent care setting. You will position patients, operate radiologic equipment, and ensure accurate imaging records within our EMR system.

The role emphasizes patient‑centered care, teamwork, and reliability. We offer a full‑time schedule (3‑day/12‑hour shifts, 8:00–20:00), with benefits after 36+ hours and a $1,000 sign‑on bonus plus relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• ARRT credentials in Radiography (R) required.
• XRAY Certification required.
• BLS Certification required.
• Proficiency with EMR/PACS and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray imaging with proper patient positioning and radiation safety.
• Operate and maintain radiologic equipment, ensuring accurate results and patient safety.
• Document procedures and manage imaging records in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with clinical team to support patient care and satisfaction.
• Perform vital signs, triage, and assist with basic patient care tasks as needed.
• Support front office functions and ensure inventory and supplies are maintained.

Competitive Pay & Sign-On Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray imaging with proper patient positioning and radiation safety

• Collaborate with clinical team members to support optimal patient care and satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

• Successful completion of an American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)-approved educational program
• Current ARRT credentials in Radiography (R)
• Certification in accordance with the state of South Carolina
• Active BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
• Excellent communication and patient service skills
• Proficiency in EMR, PACS, and basic computer applications
• Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and rotating holidays
