Prisma Health Urgent Care in Port Royal, SC is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging and patient-centered care in a fast-paced urgent care setting.

The role emphasizes accurate imaging, collaboration with the clinical team, and patient safety, with a 3-day/12-hour shift schedule (8 AM–8 PM) available for full-time, plus PT/PRN options.

Competenze

• ARRT-approved program completed.
• ARRT Radiography credential (R) current.
• SC state certification current.
• Active BLS certification present.

Mansioni

• Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray imaging with proper patient positioning and radiation safety.
• Operate and maintain radiologic equipment with accurate results and patient safety.
• Document procedures and manage imaging records in EMR system.
• Collaborate with clinical team to support patient care and satisfaction.

Competitive Pay & Sign-On Bonus

• $27 - $32/hour, based on experience
• $3,000 sign-on bonus (Full-time candidates only)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray imaging with proper patient positioning and radiation safety
• Operate and maintain radiologic equipment, ensuring accurate results and patient safety
• Document procedures and manage imaging records in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
• Collaborate with clinical team members to support optimal patient care and satisfaction
• Perform vital signs, triage, and assist with basic patient care tasks as needed
• Support front office functions and ensure inventory and supplies are maintained

Required Qualifications:

• Successful completion of an American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)-approved educational program
• Current ARRT credentials in Radiography (R)
• Certification in accordance with the state of South Carolina
• Active BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
• Excellent communication and patient service skills
• Proficiency in EMR, PACS, and basic computer applications
• Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and rotating holidays
