Job summary

Prime Healthcare through Dallas Regional Medical Center in Mesquite, TX, is seeking a Radiology Technologist for per diem shifts. Shift Available: Days. Duties include performing diagnostic radiographic procedures and ensuring image delivery to PACS, while following HFAP/TJC/CMS/state regulations.

Requirements include ARRT-R, state licensure, BCLS, and at least one year of radiology experience. Per diem status with a variable shift completes the onsite imaging team.

Qualifications

• Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.
• ARRT-R certification required.
• Knowledge of State and Federal regulations.
• Current BCLS (AHA).
• At least one year of Radiology Technologist experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic radiographic procedures per protocols and regulations.
• Interfaces with customers to fulfill imaging needs.
• Participates in PI/QC activities.
• Processes and transmits images to PACS.

Responsibilities

• Performs Diagnostic Radiographic Procedures according to department protocols, HFAP/TJC/local regulatory/CMS, State and Federal Regulations.
• Functions as the first line interface with customers and is successful in the accomplishment of their imaging needs.
• Participates in PI/QC activities.
• Responsible for processing and transmission of images to PACS.

Qualifications

• 1. Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.
• 2. ARRT-R is required.
• 3. Must be familiar with State and Federal regulations.
• 4. Current BCLS (AHA).
• 5. At least one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist preferred.
• 6. Proficient computer skills.
