Job summary

Dallas Regional Medical Center in Mesquite, TX seeks a Per Diem Radiology Technologist to perform diagnostic radiographic procedures in accordance with department protocols and HFAP/TJC/local regulations.

The role requires ARRT-R, fluoroscopy permit, BCLS, and proficient computer skills; one year of radiology experience is preferred. Per diem, variable shift, and on-site work in Mesquite.

Qualifications

• ARRT-R certification required.
• Fluoroscopy permit as required by state.
• Current BCLS (AHA) valid.
• Proficient computer skills; 1 year radiology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic radiographic procedures per department protocols.
• Acts as first point of contact to fulfill imaging needs.
• Participates in PI/QC activities.
• Responsible for processing and transmission of images to PACS.

Responsibilities

• Performs Diagnostic Radiographic Procedures according to department protocols, HFAP/TJC/local regulatory/CMS, State and Federal Regulations.
• Functions as the first line interface with customers and is successful in the accomplishment of their imaging needs.
• Participates in PI/QC activities.
• Responsible for processing and transmission of images to PACS.

Qualifications

• Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.
• ARRT-R is required.
• Must be familiar with State and Federal regulations.
• Current BCLS (AHA).
• At least one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.
