Job summary

Commonwealth Pain & Spine is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to support imaging procedures in a fast-paced clinic in Louisville. The role requires operating a C-arm, assisting physicians, and ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout procedures.

Applicants should have an ARRT-approved education, hold current state radiologic licensure, and have 1+ years of C-arm experience. A positive, team-oriented attitude is essential for this patient-centered practice.

Qualifications

• Completion of an ARRT approved school of radiologic technology.
• Current state Radiologic License(s)/certificate(s) as required by federal and state regulations.
• 1+ Years’ experience operating a C-Arm, preferred.
• Positive and upbeat personality required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness, sanitation and maintenance of procedure and exam rooms, in compliance with OSHA.
• Prepare C-arm for procedures and patients.
• Set up procedure room for MD.
• Verify accuracy of all patient documentation and time outs prior to procedure.
• Positioning patient on procedure table.
• Operating C-Arm and all imaging during procedures.
• Assist physicians with all procedures.
• Works alongside Anesthesia employees to ensure quality patient experience.
• Tracking all clinic inventory and medicine.
• Orders necessary medications such as steroids, Botox, and other supplies as needed.
• Assist Recovery with transitioning patient from table to wheelchair.
• All other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands of this position will include sitting and standing with occasional light to medium lifting. Ability to help lift patients and transport in wheelchair from clinic to parking lot.
