Premier Orthopaedics in West Chester and Kennett Square is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to join our orthopedic imaging team. The role involves performing radiology procedures, patient prep, documentation, equipment checks, and some travel to other clinics as needed.

You will need an Associate's Degree in Radiology Technology, ARRT certification, a state X-ray license, and 2–3 years of C-Arm and general orthopedic x-ray experience.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Radiology Technology required.
• ARRT Certification required.
• State X-Ray Radiology License required.
• 2–3 years of experience with C-Arm and general orthopaedic x-ray experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiology procedures and prepare patients to standards.
• Complete forms, billing, and documentation accurately; maintain patient records.
• Conduct equipment quality checks and report issues to management.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and OSHA safety standards.
• Assist with add-on cases and travel to other clinic locations as needed.
• Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, staff, and other departments.
• Address patient questions or concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Attend required department meetings.

Overview

Premier Orthopaedics, in partnership with Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team in West Chester and Kennett Square. Position Summary

The Radiologic Technologist performs radiology procedures and prepares patients according to quality guidelines while ensuring safety and compliance standards are met. This role is responsible for accurate documentation, equipment quality checks, minor maintenance, and supporting additional cases or travel to other clinics as needed. The position requires effective communication with patients, physicians, and staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

This is a full-time on-site role Monday - Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform radiology procedures as ordered and prepare patients according to quality standards
• Complete all forms, billing, and documentation accurately; maintain patient records, logs, and reports
• Conduct equipment quality checks, perform minor maintenance, and report issues to management
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, HIPAA, and OSHA regulations
• Assist with add-on cases and travel to other clinic locations as needed
• Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, staff, and other departments
• Address patient questions or concerns to ensure satisfaction
• Attend required department meetings
