Job summary

MobilexUSA is seeking a full-time Radiologic Technologist to operate portable radiology equipment and perform exams at various sites in the Kansas City area. Travel to nursing homes, hospitals, and patient homes is required.

The role includes conducting EKGs when needed and ensuring all paperwork is scanned daily. ARRT certification and state licensure are required; Illinois licensure may be needed with reimbursement. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Maintain ARRT Certification and state licenses when applicable.
• Valid drivers license for the applicable state
• Driver's license in good standing at all times
• Newly registered/licensed technologists encouraged to apply
• Illinois licensure is required for this position; company will reimburse to obtain it

Responsibilities

• Operate portable (DR) radiology equipment to produce diagnostic images for interpretation.
• Drive company vehicle with radiology equipment to locations (nursing homes, assisted livings, jails, patients homes) for x-ray exams.
• Perform EKGs as needed and transmit to a Cardiologist for interpretation.
• Obtain and scan required exam paperwork/billing documents daily per protocol.
• Communicate with dispatch and management; interact professionally with peers and clients.
• Maintain vehicle and x-ray equipment; care for equipment in a professional manner.
• Perform special projects or other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager

Full Time Shift- Monday-Friday
Pay Range: $30.00-$34.00 Based on Experience

$7500.00 SIGN-ON BONUS$$

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operating portable (DR) radiology equipment to produce diagnostic quality images for Radiologist interpretation.
• Driving company vehicle with radiology equipment to various locations (nursing homes, assisted livings, jails, and/or patients' own homes) to perform various x-ray exams as ordered by the physician
• Perform EKGs (as needed) and transmit them to a Cardiologist for interpretation. (if required)
• Obtain and scan required exam related paperwork/billing documents on a daily basis per protocol.
• Regularly communicate with dispatch and management.
• Communicate efficiently and interact professionally with peers, supervisory staff, and clients.
• Maintain vehicle and x-ray equipment.
• Technologist must care for their equipment in a professional manner.
• Perform special projects or other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.

REQUIRED LICENSURE AND CERTIFICATION:

• Maintain ARRT Certification and required State licenses, health requirements, operational requirements.
• Valid driver's license in the applicable state

• Newly registered/licensed technologists strongly encouraged to apply
• Illinois licensure is required for this position. If you dont already have it, you must be willing to obtain. Company will reimburse.
