Job summary

Symphony-Diagnostic-Services-No1,-LL is seeking a full-time Radiologic Technologist to operate mobile radiography units and deliver diagnostic imaging in various care settings. The role includes driving to patient sites, performing X-ray exams, and supporting cardiovascular screenings as needed.

Qualifications include ARRT certification and a valid state license, with a willingness to travel, interact professionally with clients, and maintain equipment and records.

Qualifications

• Maintain ARRT Certification and/or required State licenses, health requirements, operational requirements.
• Valid driver’s license in the applicable state.
• Newly certified/licensed technologists strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Operate portable (DR) or (CR) radiology equipment to produce diagnostic quality images for Radiologist interpretation.
• Drive company vehicle with radiology equipment to nursing homes, assisted living facilities, jails, and patients’ homes to perform X-ray exams as ordered by the physician.
• Perform EKGs (as needed) and transmit them to a Cardiologist for interpretation.
• Obtain and scan required exam related paperwork/billing documents daily per protocol.
• Regularly communicate with dispatch and management.
• Interact professionally with peers, supervisory staff, and clients.
• Maintain vehicle and X-ray equipment; care for equipment in a professional manner.
• Train other technologists as required; perform special projects or other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.

Description

HOURS- 8am- 4:30pm Monday- Friday; NO WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operating portable (DR) or (CR) radiology equipment to produce diagnostic quality images for Radiologist interpretation.
• Driving company vehicle with radiology equipment to various locations (nursing homes, assisted livings, jails, and/or patients’ own homes) to perform various x-ray exams as ordered by the physician
