Sr. Manager - Healthcare (Recruitment, Delivery & Client Relations)
Overview
We are seeking a Radiologic Technologist with acute care experience to join our Radiology team on the night shift. The role involves performing general diagnostic X-rays, portable imaging, and providing support across ER, trauma, inpatient, and outpatient settings.
Responsibilities
- Perform general diagnostic X-rays (chest, long bones, etc.) in acute care settings.
- Manage high patient volumes (20–30 patients per shift) across ER, inpatient, and outpatient units.
- Operate GE X-ray equipment, GE PACS, and Shimadzu Fluoroscopy units.
- Provide portable imaging services across the hospital.
- Work independently during night shifts as the sole technologist.
- Collaborate with radiologists, RTs, hospitalists, and lead techs.
- Adhere to hospital safety protocols and ensure accurate documentation within Epic EMR.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of acute care X-ray experience (not limited to mobile/portable only).
- Active ARRT (Radiography) certification.
- BLS (AHA) certification.
- Strong comfort level with portable imaging and independent workflow.
- Fluoroscopy, OR, and C-arm experience preferred but not required.
- Travelers with at least 1 year of experience and first-time travelers will be considered.
- Orientation: 1 week provided to familiarize with hospital workflow.
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts (10:30 pm – 7:00 am), every other weekend required, 1 holiday required.
- Floating: Portables only, within the hospital.
- Support: Lead Tech (some shifts), Radiologists (daytime), RT and Hospitalist available 24/7.
- Scrubs: Solid gray (gray top with black pants acceptable).
- Parking: Free onsite.
