Job summary

RadNet, Inc. is seeking a Radiologic Technologist in Escondido, CA to perform top‑quality radiologic and fluoroscopy exams. You will monitor patients, address questions, and collaborate with physicians to ensure excellent care in a fast-paced imaging environment.

Responsibilities include safeguarding PHI and medications, maintaining professional relationships, and respecting patient boundaries. ARRT certification, state licensure, CPR/BLS, and 1+ year of imaging experience are preferred to join

Qualifications

• Diagnostic imaging experience is preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality radiologic and fluoroscopy exams on incoming patients.
• Monitor patient's well-being during exams and answer questions about procedures.
• Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.
• Safeguard patient health information and property.
• Safeguard medications on site in accordance with policy and law.
• Maintain professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
• Respect patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities during interactions.
• Establish, nurture, and maintain cooperative working relationships.

You Will:

• Perform high quality radiologic and fluoroscopy exams on incoming patients.
• Monitor patient's well-being during exams and answer their questions and concerns regarding exam procedures and process.
• Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.
• Demonstrates competency regarding the need to safeguard patient property and Patient Health Information.
• Safeguards any on site medications in accordance with Company policies, procedures and any legal requirements.
• Demonstrates respect for company property, including any cash and patient financial information on site or on patient portals.
• Is responsive to the needs of others by exhibiting and maintaining professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
• Demonstrates respect for patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities during all interactions.
• Demonstrates ability to interact diplomatically and sympathetically with patients, their families, and the public in a clinical setting.
• Demonstrates ability to establish, nurture, and maintain cooperative working relationships.

To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have:

• ARRT(R) certification
• State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology
• CPR/BLS certification
• At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience is preferred!

Pay Range: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
