Job summary

Northside Hospital Forsyth is seeking a Radiologic Technologist – Diagnostic Radiology for a 16-week onsite contract in Cumming, GA. Shift is days, 3×12s, 36 hours per week; responsibilities include inpatient and outpatient imaging, fluoroscopy, C-arm procedures, and OR imaging.

Requirements include ARRT, AHA BLS, OR experience, and fluoroscopy experience; local policy excludes local candidates within 50 miles. Travel compensation includes weekly stipends of $1,246 with a $684 base weekly pay.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine X-ray and fluoroscopic exams.
• Conduct inpatient and outpatient imaging and OR imaging.

Job Title: Radiologic Technologist

Location: 1200 Northside Forsyth Drive, Cumming, GA 30041
Department: 721F Diagnostic Radiology
Contract Duration: 16 Weeks
Shift: Days
Schedule: 3×12s
Hours: Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 7:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Weekly Hours: 36 Hours/Week

Local Candidate Policy: No local candidates within 50 miles

Minimum Experience: 2 years of recent Radiologic Technologist experience

Department Type: 24-hour Diagnostic Radiology department

Department averages approximately 150 exams per 24-hour period

Performs both inpatient and outpatient imaging and fluoroscopy exams

Required Qualifications

AHA BLS – Required

ARRT – Required

OR experience – Required

Fluoroscopy experience – Required

Procedures & Exams

The department performs a variety of inpatient and outpatient exams and procedures, including but not limited to:

Routine X-rays

Fluoroscopic exams

Inpatient and outpatient fluoroscopy

C-arm procedures

Lumbar punctures

OR imaging procedures
