Job summary

Adventist Health Clear Lake in Northern California is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to operate x-ray and CT equipment, support departmental objectives, and help maintain a high standard of patient care. The role entails performing two modalities regularly and contributing to an environment aligned with the hospital’s mission.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Technology, ARRT and state licensure, CPR/BLS, and may have additional modalities such as CT or MRI.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in radiologic technology is required.
• ARRT certification is required.
• RT licensure in the state of practice is required.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Two additional advanced modalities (CT, Mammography, MRI or Sonography) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs radiographic and CT examinations.
• Transports and transfers patients; checks crash cart and defibrillator.
• Prepares contrast agents for imaging procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
