Job summary

Adventist Health Clear Lake in Lake County, California, is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to operate x-ray and CT equipment and support departmental goals. The role requires ARRT certification, state RT licensure, CPR/BLS, and experience with multiple imaging modalities.

The successful candidate will perform radiographic and CT exams, ensure patient safety, and assist with contrast administration and mobile imaging as needed. A strong commitment to quality patient care is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in radiologic technology required.
• ARRT certification required.
• RT license in state of practice required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Two additional advanced modalities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs radiographic and computed tomography examinations.
• Safely transports and transfers patients between gurneys and wheelchairs.
• Tests defibrillator and checks the crash cart integrity.
• Performs mobile imaging examinations (radiographic and fluoroscopic) as needed.
• Prepares contrast agents for Medical Imaging procedures.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
