Job summary

Universal Technical Institute, Inc. seeks a Program Director Radiologic Technology to lead the program, ensuring strong academics, full accreditation compliance, high-quality theory and clinical training, and successful student outcomes.

This role balances operational leadership, curriculum innovation, faculty mentorship, and community partnerships. The Program Director must implement, monitor, and uphold all applicable policies and procedures to ensure effective functioning of the department

Qualifications

• Masters degree required in any subject.
• Associates degree in Radiologic Technology required.
• Minimum of four years experience in Radiologic Technology.
• Minimum of two years as an instructor in a JRCERT-accredited program.
• Minimum of one year leadership/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and long-term strategic planning of the Radiologic Technology Program.
• Drive accreditation compliance with JRCERT and regional/state bodies.
• Promote safety and compliance in labs and clinical environments.
• Mentor students, prepare them for ARRT exams, and support professional growth.
• Maintain program evaluation, retention, completion, and placement metrics.
