Job summary

UPMC-GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging and support patient care across age groups. You will operate radiology equipment, ensure patient safety and accurate image production, and assist with charting and records management.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Medical Providers, adherence to ALARA, and participation in training programs to advance clinical skills and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist program.
• BLS certification required at time of hire.
• ARRT registration required at time of hire.
• State licensure as Radiologic Technologist required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform x-ray services for patients from newborn to elderly.
• Position patients and protect during use.
• Prepare patients for examination and collect medical history.
• Conduct point of care testing (flu, strep, urinalysis, ECG, HCG).
• Maintain medical records and scan charts.
• Assist with QA/QC logs and maintenance.
