Job summary

Management Performance Associates in Harper, Kansas is seeking a Radiology Tech to join our hospital team. This role performs X-ray and CT imaging, assists in patient diagnosis, and ensures safety and comfort throughout procedures.

You will operate X-ray/CT equipment, position patients carefully, and maintain equipment while following radiation safety guidelines. On-call rotation includes an efficiency apartment on-site for on-call periods.

Qualifications

• Active Kansas licensure as Radiologic Technologist.
• ARRT certification required.
• CT experience and interest in CT and general X-ray.
• Experience operating diagnostic imaging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures to assist in diagnosis and treatment.
• Prepare patients and ensure comfort and safety.
• Operate imaging equipment such as X-ray and CT scanners.
• Position patients to capture optimal images.
• Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment.
• Review images for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
• Follow radiation safety protocols to protect patients and staff.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members.
• Serve in after-hours on-call rotation with an efficiency apartment on-site.
