Job summary

UW Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist Assistant to support the patient care team with check-in, exam review, visit preparation, patient education, assistance with exams and procedures, and patient transport. The role is 30% FTE with day/evening shifts, Monday–Friday 4:00 PM–10:00 PM and weekend coverage 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, including holidays.

This position trains to operate radiographic equipment, computers, and software, with hours varying by department needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's Degree in a relevant field preferred.
• CPR certification within 3 months required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patient care team with check-in, exam review, visit preparation, patient education, assistance with exams and procedures, and patient transport.
• Train and learn to use radiographic equipment, computers, and software.
