Responsibilities

• Perform basic and intermediate radiographic procedures including general diagnostic and fluoroscopic exams.
• Explain procedures, obtain clinical history, and address patient questions with clear communication.
• Position patients, select exposure factors, and ensure radiation safety and image quality.
• Identify and label images, verify orders, and document billing codes accurately.
• Collaborate with Radiologists and maintain radiology information systems records.
• Assist with patient positioning, lifting, and transfer duties as needed.
• Adhere to age-specific care and department policies and procedures.
