Role Overview

The Radioligand Therapies (RLT) Director, Ecosystem Lead will lead the enterprise mindset across the regional ecosystem to meet organizational objectives. Responsibilities include developing and executing customer engagement strategies, understanding the needs of key ecosystem partners, and supporting patient access and education. The role involves collaboration with the Integrated Field Strategy Team (IFST) and building key relationships with C and D suite personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Understand the needs of target ecosystem customers at all levels and use insights to influence business trends and priorities.
  2. Develop strategic plans and lead the IFST to advance Novartis' objectives, collaborating on pre-launch and launch strategies.
  3. Build and maintain strategic customer relationships to enhance engagement and identify change opportunities.
  4. Engage with ecosystem decision-makers, serving as the primary contact for oncology-related interactions.
  5. Foster internal cross-functional collaboration to eliminate barriers and create solutions.
  6. Provide solutions amidst challenges and ambiguity.
  7. Own account performance, identifying opportunities to impact demand and influence cross-functional teams.
  8. Establish effective communication channels within Novartis and with ecosystem partners.
  9. Manage multiple complex ecosystem targets.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or related industries with experience managing large, dispersed sales teams.
  • At least 5 years managing accounts with Medical Centers, Health Systems, GPOs, or Oncology Networks.
  • 2+ years in project management and strategy execution.
  • Recent US experience with a deep understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and build strategic account plans.
  • Reside within the territory or within 100 miles, with the ability to travel 60-80%.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in Oncology, Nuclear Medicine, or related healthcare fields.
  • Understanding of macro-economic healthcare factors.

This role requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel extensively within the territory.
