Job summary

Oak Ridge National Laboratory seeks a Radioisotope Projects Integration Manager to lead portfolio-level management for the Radioisotope Program. You will coordinate priorities across radioisotope production and R&D, develop governance and reporting, and guide technical maturation and readiness in collaboration with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• BS degree in nuclear engineering, physics, chemistry, or a related technical field.
• 12+ years of progressively responsible experience in radioisotope management, nuclear operations, or related fields.
• Experience leading complex programs through matrixed organizations with scope, schedule, and budget responsibility.
• Ability to develop and implement management processes and continuous-improvement practices.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide portfolio-level management for the Radioisotope Program.
• Coordinate priorities and dependencies across multiple projects and teams.
• Develop and implement portfolio-wide governance, performance metrics, and reporting.
• Guide technical maturation criteria and readiness for radioisotope technologies.
• Oversee budgets, cost forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Direct knowledge management and organizational-learning activities.
• Represent the Radioisotope Program in senior-level meetings with stakeholders.
