Job summary

Guilford Technical Community College (GTCC) Jamestown Campus seeks a dynamic Radiography Program Director. You will provide visionary leadership for the Radiography Program, align with the college mission, and oversee curriculum, accreditation, budgeting, and faculty supervision.

You will teach courses, drive student outcomes, and coordinate assessments while maintaining strong clinical partnerships and a commitment to inclusive, student-centered teaching.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Radiography or a health-related field from an accredited institution.
• Graduate of a JRCERT-accredited Radiography program.
• Current ARRT credential.
• Preferred: Master’s degree or higher specifically in Radiography.
• Additional specialty credentials (e.g., Mammography, CT, MRI).
• Minimum: 3 years clinical Radiography experience; 2 years teaching in a JRCERT-accredited program.
• Experience with JRCERT accreditation standards and procedures; supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all operations of the Radiography Program.
• Develop and oversee curriculum, ensuring alignment with JRCERT standards.
• Manage program budget and resources; supervise faculty and staff.
• Teach courses; coordinate program assessment and SLOs.
• Maintain partnerships with clinical affiliates and external organizations.
