Job summary

Ideal candidates hold an associate degree in Radiologic Technology with ARRT-R certification and BLS. Prior x-ray experience and strong customer service are preferred; ability to work independently is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in radiologic technology with required certification.
• ARRT-R certification and state-specific credentials upon hire.
• BLS certification required upon hire.
• Ability to perform radiographic procedures with accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to hospital safety standards and ALARA guidelines.
• Maintains patient privacy and confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Operates x-ray equipment and ensures image quality.
• Documents procedures and enters billing codes as required.
• Demonstrates competent imaging across neonate to geriatric patients.
