Job summary

University Hospitals seeks a Radiographer PRN to deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging across patient ages, collaborating with physicians and the care team to ensure patient comfort and safety. You will maintain safety standards, privacy, and accurate records in a dynamic hospital setting.

The position requires an Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology with ARRT(R) and OH licensure on hire; 2+ years of x-ray experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited 2-year program in Radiologic Technology with appropriate Certification.
• 2+ years Registered x-ray technologist experience; 2-5 years preferred.
• New graduates may be considered.
• Proficient at instructing new staff after 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to hospital safety standards and ALARA, Image Gently, and Image Wisely standards.
• Maintains patient privacy and HIPAA compliance; follows SOPs and department policies.
• Performs various radiologic procedures with high-quality patient care.
• Records all required data in RIS and billing systems; maintains equipment QC.
