Job summary

Health Marketing is seeking a Radiographer to perform radiographic exams and educate patients on procedures. The role emphasizes radiation safety and basic patient care to support clinical workflows.

Applicants should hold an Associate’s degree or equivalent, ARRT certification, Maryland Radiographer License, and CPR certification with at least one year of clinical experience preferred.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent, completion of an approved R.T program.
  • Current ARRT certification, Maryland Radiographer License and CPR certification.
  • Preferably at least one year in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Radiographic Exams: Capture x-rays following protocols and proper positioning
  • Patient Education: Explain procedures and positioning to patients
  • Radiation Safety: Apply safety measures to protect patients and staff
  • Basic Patient Care: Assist with triaging, discharge, and other tasks as workflow permits
  • Vital Sign Measurement: Record blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, height, and weight
  • Basic Lab Procedures: Conduct simple tests such as EKGs, urine collection, and nasal swabs

  • Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
Compensation & Benefits
  • Hourly pay of $35-$40, with overtime opportunities
