Vetted Solutions in Maryland is seeking a Radiographer to perform diagnostic imaging and ensure patient comfort and safety. The role involves operating radiographic equipment, educating patients, and delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications include an associate degree or equivalent, ARRT certification, Maryland Radiographer License, and CPR. Clinical experience is preferred; weekends and long shifts may be required.

  • Current ARRT certification, Maryland Radiographer License, and CPR certification.
  • Preferred: at least one year of clinical healthcare experience.

  • Performing Radiographic Exams: Taking x-rays following protocols and proper positioning.
  • Patient Education: Explaining procedures and positioning to patients.
  • Radiation Safety: Applying safety measures to minimize exposure.
  • Basic Patient Care: Assisting with triaging, discharge, and related tasks as workflow permits.
  • Vital Signs & Lab Procedures: Measuring vital signs, performing simple tests like EKGs, urine collection, and nasal swabs.

Job description
