Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Radiography is required.
• Associate's Degree in Radiography is preferred.
• State Radiologic Technologist License is required.
• ARRT registration is preferred.
• 0–1 year radiologic technologist experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient identity and requested examination; review history to ensure safe imaging.
• Explain imaging procedures compassionately; adapt to patient language and needs.
• Prepare and operate radiographic equipment; follow ALARA and safety standards.
• Perform imaging procedures per protocols and radiologist instructions.
• Review images for quality and proper PACS transmission.
