Job summary

Corewell Health's Diagnostic Radiology team in Grand Rapids is seeking a part-time radiologic technologist to perform routine diagnostic and fluoroscopic procedures, receive physician orders, and ensure equipment readiness.

The role requires an Associate's degree (or equivalent), ARRT radiographer certification, and BLS. It offers weekday daytime shifts, approximately 26.5 hours weekly, with opportunities to develop in bone densitometry and other radiology services.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent in related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years radiology experience.
• ARRT Radiographer certification required upon hire.
• Bone Density ARRT certification preferred.
• BLS (AHA/ARC) within 90 days of hire required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and performs routine diagnostic and fluoroscopic procedures, portable X-rays, and surgery procedures according to standards and practices.
• Receives and ensures the execution of physician orders.
• Ensures equipment is present and accounted for at the beginning and end of each shift.

About Outpatient Clinics

Corewell Health operates over 300 outpatient clinics across Michigan, bringing a multitude of care options to the communities that we serve. Scope of work

Coordinates and performs routine diagnostic and fluoroscopic procedures, portable x-rays, and surgery procedures according to standards and practices. Receives and ensures the execution of physician orders. Ensures equipment is present and accounted for at the beginning and end of each shift.

Qualifications

• Required Associate's Degree or equivalent years of experience in related field
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree
• 2 years of relevant experience in radiology Required
• Radiographer (R) - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Upon Hire required
• Bone Densitometry (BD) - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Bone Density Sites Upon Hire preferred
• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire required
