Job summary

Mobile Communications America, located in Anniston, AL, is looking for an experienced Communication Systems Technician II. You will be responsible for diagnosing and fixing complex radio and wireless communication systems, supporting installation strategies, and providing technical support on-call. Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years, average of 5+ years of technical service and installation experience.
• Proficiency with radio equipment – installation, programming, and troubleshooting.
• Proven track record of providing hands‑on operational, technical, and installation support/service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and solving complex equipment issues.
• Fixing the system and bringing communications back online.
• Partnering with customers to develop an installation strategy.
