KUER is seeking a Production Coordinator to manage on-air promotion, in-house podcast production, and streaming services. You will coordinate cross-department workflows, run sound boards for studio rentals, and provide technical support as needed.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 2 years in audio production and hosting. Expect a 40-hour week with some extended hours and weekends in a dynamic newsroom environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of progressively responsible management experience.
• At least 2 years in audio production and operation of related equipment.
• Demonstrated skills in audio editing, organization and deadlines; hosting experience.

Aufgaben

• Oversees daily promotion and workflow.
• Produces fund drive audio and promos; handles in-house and national assets.
• Acts as in-house producer for podcasts and special projects.
• Manages ad insertion tech (StreamGuys) and streaming promotions.
• Oversees smart speaker platforms and troubleshooting.
• Maintains Day Sheet and coordinates studio bookings.
• Provides back-up hosting and manages recording equipment.
• Delivers documentation to KUER public file quarterly.
• Maintains production manuals and editorial standards.
