Qualifications

• Prior experience in radio programming is required, preferably in brand/program director roles.
• Must be tech-savvy with ability to learn multiple platforms listed in the ad.
• Understand modern radio operations and branding strategies.
• Experience with multi-format radio, CHR/Hot AC is a plus.
• Must have valid Indiana driver’s license and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Keep day-to-day operations running smoothly by tackling problems and supporting teammates.
• Collaborate with programming, sales, promotions and other departments to build strong brands.
• Engage with local listeners and contribute to community initiatives.
• Develop understanding of ratings, audience research, and programming strategy.
• Assist with filling on-air talent slots as needed.
