Job summary

Victus Networks is seeking a qualified professional to manage radio hardware materials and related work orders. Reporting to the Material Management Supervisor, you’ll translate site designs into BoQs and coordinate with warehouses to ensure timely deliveries and efficient configurations.

The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree and has hands-on experience with 2G/3G/4G/5G radio tech, strong English communication, and a collaborative, customer‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
In-depth knowledge of 2G/3G/4G/5G radio technologies.
Excellent oral and written communication in English.
At least 2 years previous experience in a relevant position.
Very good knowledge of MS Windows – MS Office.
Enthusiastic, customer-oriented and team‑focused.
Familiar with new technologies.

Responsibilities

Translates sites designs to material BoQs.
Creates, organizes and manages radio material work orders.
Communicates with MNO warehouses regularly.
Selects best hardware configuration for deployment plans.
Translates plans into budget requirements.
Specifies red flag stock levels of radio materials.
Monitors new material deliveries and site returns.
Formulates hardware reuse policies.
Monitors End of Marketing and End of Support.
Provides input to network modernization projects.
Liaises with Radio network vendors on deployment projects and issues.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the radio hardware material management and will be reporting to the Material Management Supervisor.

Key accountabilities

Translates sites designs to material BoQs
Creates, organizes and manages radio material work orders
Communicates with MNO warehouses at a regular basis
Selects best hardware configuration of radio nodes for radio network deployment plans, considering technology requirements, cost efficiency, implementation feasibility and optimum network performance
Translates plans in budget requirements
Specifies red flag stock levels of radio materials
Monitors new material deliveries and site returns
Formulates hardware reuse policies
Monitors material End of Marketing and End of Support
Provides input to network modernization projects
Liaises with Radio network vendors on deployment projects & technical issues

Essential

Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
In depth knowledge and understanding of 2G/3G/4G/5G radio technologies
Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Greek and English language
At least 2 years previous experience in relevant position
Very good knowledge of MS Windows – MS Office
