Job summary

Townsquare Media Group seeks a Radio Host / Multimedia Content Creator & Brand Influencer to own the daily on-air sound and local digital presence. You will produce video and written content, engage audiences online and in the community, and partner with local businesses to generate revenue.

The role is in-office, full-time, with a dynamic team, opportunities to grow your personal brand, and a focus on authentic community engagement across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven, active track record creating original written digital content AND video content across social platforms (show us your pages)
• Strong on-air presence AND on-camera comfort, with the ability to connect authentically with listeners and viewers across every platform
• Knowledge of basic FCC rules and regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to quickly learn NexGen and Adobe Audition
• Entrepreneurial, sales-minded mindset with revenue awareness

Responsibilities

• Host live, engaging on-air shows Mon–Fri
• Prepare daily show content that entertains, informs, and connects with the audience
• Publish at least two original local articles daily for station site and app
• Write and schedule posts across social platforms
• Engage listeners via interviews, remotes, and community events
• Represent station at promotions and special programming
• Create and edit original video content for social platforms
• Develop endorsement and influencer partnerships with local businesses
• Participate in high-visibility community events and client meetings
