Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Proven track record creating written content and video across platforms.
• Strong on-air presence and on-camera comfort.
• Knowledge of FCC rules.
• Ability to build community relationships and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Host live, engaging on-air shows Monday through Friday.
• Prepare daily show content that informs, entertains, and connects with the audience.
• Create at least two original local articles per day for the station website and app.
• Write and schedule engaging posts across social platforms.
• Conduct interviews, appearances, remotes, and community events to connect with listeners.
• Represent the station at promotions, live broadcasts, and special programming initiatives.
• Produce commercials and assist with market-wide programming and content needs.
• Build authentic community relationships to champion the station brand.
