We are seeking a dynamic Wireless Module Engineer to spearhead the development of innovative wireless modules from conceptual design to mass production. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to collaborate with global teams, influence product performance, and shape the connectivity solutions of tomorrow.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 3+ years of industry experience in wireless module development
• Strong understanding of RF fundamentals and wireless technologies
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and system optimization expertise
• Experience working collaboratively across cross-functional teams

Nice to Have Skills:

• Over 2 years of experience with wireless module development from early concept to production for consumer electronics
• Knowledge in packaging, product engineering, ATE, and reliability engineering
• Vendor management experience and ability to lead cross-time-zone meetings
• Familiarity with wireless module manufacturing processes
• Strong analytical skills with test data interpretation and corrective action implementation

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience, with additional preferred experience listed above

Other Requirements:

• This role offers a hybrid schedule, combining both remote and on-site work
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and coordinate diverse teams

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $45.00 to $52.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
