Columbus McKinnon Corporation is seeking a Radio Assembler in Menomonee Falls, WI to assemble and wire standard radio receivers and transmitters per customer specs while maintaining quality and cost efficiency. You will interpret orders, gather tools, and complete packing and paperwork in a fast-paced environment.

Please have a high school diploma or equivalent and 6–12 months of related experience; basic soldering and reading drawings are helpful.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent and 6–12 months of related experience or training.
• Ability to learn basic soldering skills and read product drawings.
• Ability to operate standard hand and power tools and basic computer software.

Aufgaben

• Obtain customer orders through ERP or Business Management System.
• Understand and interpret work orders, bills of materials, and drawings.
• Obtain necessary tools, parts, and components.
• Perform assembly, wiring and labeling for standard radio products.
• Ensure assemblies meet specifications and quality standards.
• Complete required paperwork and records.
• Work overtime as needed to meet ship dates.
• Follow safety rules and maintain housekeeping.
• Use systems to signal replenishment of materials.
• Complete special projects as assigned.
