InfoVision Inc. is seeking a Network Engineer serving as a Feature Test Engineer. The role involves working in a radio lab to validate latest radio products in support of T-Mobile, with interactions across development, customer units, and end customers.

The engineer will perform integration, certification, and testing of LTE/5G tech, demonstrate new capabilities, and contribute to PoC efforts and NPI projects. This position emphasizes collaboration and fault finding in a lab-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

• Perform integration, certification, and implementation of 4G LTE/5G technology into customers' lab facilities and first market application(s).
• Demonstrate new functionality and SW/HW capabilities.
• Perform proof of concept with customers for pre-commercial products and next generation Radio access technology equipment.
• Support NPI projects involving integration, configuration, features and functionalities, troubleshooting, inconsistences, and testing on roadmap portfolio for BBU and Radios on different technologies/bands.
• Resolve technical issues and serve as point of contact towards the Customer Project Manager, customer, and the EU throughout the project.
• Participate in lab testing, define scope of work, resource plan and timeline with delivery manager and customer.
• Troubleshoot, investigate and resolve technical problems in existing networks.
• Prepare and present reports for customer acceptance.

We are the Products and Services Readiness team within North America. We lead testing and introduction of new Radio technology for North American telecom operators.

We are currently looking for a Network Engineer who will perform the role of a Feature Test Engineer.

As a Feature Test Engineer, you will work in radio lab and gain familiarity with the radio products (SW and HW) through product testing, as well as with the product acceptance process for our large customer T-Mobile. You will be exposed to the latest radio products that will be rolled out in our biggest customer network. The goal is to validate the functionality of the latest Radio Products and to find and correct as many faults as possible, prior to rolling out the product network wide. As part of your work, you will be interacting with various organizations such as development unit, customer units, but also directly with the customers.

You may also be asked to work on automation projects that aim to improve and accelerate the testing process.

Roles and Responsibilities:
