Job summary

Northside Hospital Inc. in Atlanta is seeking a Radiation Therapy Technologist to participate in all technical aspects of radiation therapy, including treatment administration to patients as prescribed by physicians. Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Radiation Therapy Technology program and ideally have some prior experience. This role offers a standard work schedule of 7:30am to 4pm without on-call or weekend requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited program in Radiation Therapy Technology.
• Registered as a Radiation Therapy Technologist by ARRT OR eligible for certification by ARRT.
• New graduates must take the registration boards within six months.

Responsibilities

• Participates in all technical aspects of radiation therapy.
• Administers radiation therapy treatments to patients as prescribed by the physician.

Participates in all technical aspects of radiation therapy to include simulation and administration of radiation therapy treatments to patients as prescribed by physician.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited program in Radiation Therapy Technology
• Registered as a Radiation Therapy Technologist by ARRT OR eligible for certification by ARRT (Board eligible)
• New graduate employees must take the registration boards within six (6) months of graduation or hire date
• Preferred: One (1) year previous experience in Radiation Therapy.
