Job summary

CARIN Alliance in the United States is seeking a PRN Radiation Therapist to deliver ionizing radiation treatments in a Radiation Oncology Department. Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent from an accredited program.
• ARRT Radiation Therapy certification and BLS certification are required upon hire.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Radiation Therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent therapy, assess and care for patients across all age groups, document in EMR, educate patients and families on side effects, simulate patients for treatment setup, schedule treatments, and ensure safety through proper procedures and radiation safety measures.
• Assist with daily equipment warm-up, report discrepancies, and participate in on-call rotations. They also serve as clinical instructors for students, providing evaluations and feedback.
