Job summary

OSF HealthCare is seeking a Radiation Therapist to support the daily patient flow in the Radiation Oncology clinic. You will assist with treatment delivery, equipment setup, and patient education while following established procedures to ensure patient safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Current Radiation Therapy license issued by IEMA Department of Nuclear Safety AN.
• ARRT Radiology registered or successful completion of ARRT Radiology registry within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily patient flow and contribute to improving Radiation Oncology operations.
• Prepare treatment room, position patients and administer prescribed ionizing radiation.
• Simulate patient treatment and deliver prescribed doses using specialized equipment.
• Demonstrate skills to provide age-appropriate patient care.
